Barney makes our Cornish pasties from scratch every morning, as well as later in the day if we sell out!
Our pasties are made using the finest Cornish skirt steak, diced swede, turnip, potato and onion along with plenty of seasoning. The filling is incased in short crust pastry. Barney’s large pasties prove quite a challenge for some so we also make a smaller sized Cornish pasty.
Our vegetarian option is a spiced vegetable pasty. These pasties are made with swede, potato and turnip along with spiced onions and peas. We use a blend of spices that create a lovely curried flavour and even the most passionate meat eater has been converted to our vegetarian option!
